How We Help and Our Services

We believe that you are the most important person in your treatment. We do not use a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we create a specific, custom-made treatment plan for you. Our goal is to help you learn real-world ways to cope. So you can start feeling more in control of your life. We use common-sense methods like:

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): If you need a lot of support but do not want to live at a treatment center full-time. This may be the program for you. It offers comprehensive support while still allowing you to resume your daily life. This takes approximately 18 to 24 sessions to complete. Sessions are held 3 times a week. Each session is a 3-hour session happening on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6-9 pm.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group: This group teaches you skills to manage strong emotions, cope with stress, and improve your relationships. Sessions happen once a week and are an hour long. This takes about 24 weeks and happens on Tuesdays from 4 pm-5 pm

Individual Therapy: This form of therapy will use various methods to help you overcome any challenges you may be experiencing. Typically, a 45-minute one-on-one session once a week until methods are manageable. Then, scheduling may be reduced.

ASAM Level One Aftercare Group: This group will offer support for those who have graduated from treatment. To help those stay on track with their recovery journey. Sessions happen once a week and are an hour long, and are on Tuesdays from 5 pm-6 pm. Length varies by person.

Evaluations: We write reports and diagnose for mental health, substance abuse, or both at the same time. To make sure we know exactly what's going on so we can recommend the best way to help. Typically takes 2 to 3 hours for interviews and assessments. Reports will be made available typically 1-2 weeks after your appointment.
